Shipping policy

*There is a flat rate of $5 s/h for all orders totaling under $100.
*Any orders $100+ are eligible for free s/h.
*Orders ship standard Economy unless the weight of package is over 1lb.
*Packages/orders are shipped every Wed and Fri as weather allows.  Due to the very rural location of the physical business, these are the ONLY 2 days that will be guaranteed shipping.  If weather or holiday makes those days impossible to ship, the orders will be shipped on the next available business day.
*Tracking numbers are available for EVERY package sent out from Toadily Magic LLC.  It is the customer responsibility to request a tracking number if one is not received via email (or SMS).
*Once a package leaves the custody of Toadily Magic LLC and is verified by USPS to be in their possession, Toadily Magic LLC is NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE for the length of delivery time or arrival of the package.
*Toadily Magic LLC uses the shipping address provided by the customer.  It is the CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY to provide a correct address for delivery.  Address change requests will NOT be honored after a package/order has left Toadily Magic LLC's possession.
*If your order tracking can verify that the order was delivered to the address provided by the customer (proof of tracking will be shown as necessary), Toadily Magic LLC will NOT refund or track the package any further.  It is the customer responsibility to provide a safe/secure delivery address.
