Policies

Toadily Magic, LLC believes in bringing the best items to you!  We test all items in home to make sure you can trust you will get a valueable item.

• All items will include sales tax at checkout.
• Any issues or defects with a order must be reported within 3 days of delivery date, or they may be dismissed. Any product defects, broken items, missing items, issues with order as placed will be reviewed on a case by case basis.  Problems that are determined to be the fault of Toadily Magic, LLC (or within the control of the business) will be addressed and a refund or replacement may be issued at the discretion of Toadily Magic LLC.

Shipping:

• Under $25: $5 Flat Rate
• $25.01 - $100: $8
• Any orders $100+: Free Shipping
• Orders ship standard Economy unless the weight of package is over 1lb
• Please allow five days from order date for items to ship out, though we strive to have items shipped out earlier. 
• Tracking numbers are available for EVERY package sent out from Toadily Magic LLC.  Please contact us if one is not received via email (or SMS).
• Once a package leaves the custody of Toadily Magic LLC and is verified by USPS to be in their possession, Toadily Magic LLC is NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE for the length of delivery time or arrival of the package.
• Toadily Magic LLC uses the shipping address provided by the customer.  Address change requests will NOT be honored after a package/order has left Toadily Magic LLC's possession.
• If your order tracking can verify that the order was delivered to the address provided by the customer (proof of tracking will be shown as necessary), Toadily Magic LLC will NOT refund or track the package any further.  It is the customer responsibility to provide a safe/secure delivery address.
